Lease/Rent Deposit and Improvements

The @WORK HelpingHands Services and @WORK Search Group franchises may be operated from a home office subject to the approval of @WORK Corporate, the franchisor. In such cases, expenses associated with lease/rent deposits and improvements will not apply.

Insurance Deposit

You must obtain all insurance specified by us including comprehensive public liability insurance, motor vehicle liability insurance, property insurance and worker's compensation insurance. The cost will vary depending on the type of franchise awarded, the various state requirements and what you determine necessary.

Additional Funds

The additional funds you will need to set up your @WORK franchise will vary depending on the location and size of your office, the type of equipment you purchase and the overall setup of the business. There are also some additional cost factors such as your management skills, the skills of your staff and the local economic and market conditions. Additional funding will vary further if you are awarded more than one of our franchises.
