To create your program, the @WORK staff conducts a detailed training needs assessment prior to the initial training sessions. We show you how to utilize the @WORK HelpingHands Services’ complete five-volume operational guidebooks for the development of all aspects of successfully operating an @WORK HelpingHands franchise.

Employee Development

We help you learn the Four R's of Employee Development and you how to differentiate your company by implementing the @WORK Caregiver/Service Provider training aspects to help guide development of your employees.

Sales Skills

We focus on the variety of @WORK HelpingHands service programs, how they are executed and the possible fee structures/billing for each.

We help you participate in interactive discussion and training of basic sales skills, creating customer profiles, proposal/contract preparation, network-building and selling.

Business Development

We provide information about account penetration, driving the market, attaining market share, differentiating yourself in the market and creating and maintaining your sales and service cycles.

Complete AS/400 Overview

We introduce you to @WORK HelpingHands’ front and back office computer system, which is used by all franchise owners. This includes hands on instruction on the use of this state of the art business system.

Financial Management

We train you in funding, ledger statements, accounts receivable, asset based funding, collections, account analysis and cost containment.

Following your initial training, follow-up courses are offered at the @WORK corporate headquarters via @WORK’s online training and development website and through contact and visitation of your regional franchise support personnel. In addition, we will share creative and exciting ideas from experts in the field, and we will always welcome contributions from you and your fellow franchise owners.
